Negative Psychology in the workplace or in any relationship is the scapegoating, back-stabbing, gossiping, bullying and all the other negative behaviors that are direted towards an individual. An individual who is usually highly effective in the workplace but that effectiveness attracts the unpleasant behaviour and actions of particular colleagues. That is only one example but there are multiple others that cause distress to an individual who gradually becomes vulnerable to the distress caused by the negative behavior towards them.
